The semi-automatic powder coating line with water-screen cabin for a wet paint process is successfully used for small-scale production.

    Semi-automatic coating line IDEAL-LINE

    The semi-automatic coating line made by IDEAL-LINE coats smaller-scale production workpieces, as well as long and large-sized workpiece. We can coat workpieces with the weight up to 2000 kg and in size of 6500x2400x2200 mm. The whole process includes degreasing, infrared dry-off, manual coating and baking. 

    The coating is carried out by manual-spray aggregates in filter booths. The process of baking takes place in the infrared curing oven.
