TIMESAVERS Series 42

The TIMESAVERS Series 42 is equipped with 8- head rotary brushing machine, out of which the 4 heads rotate in the direction of moving workpieces and the other 4 heads rotate against the moving workpieces. The brushes contain the abrasive fibers of high-density and their placement on the rollers allows high-quality deburring. 

The brushes are durable with the long service life, which minimizes the abrasive costs per hour. The high-performance vacuum system along the table width permits to process very small workpieces. The input holding rollers secure the long workpieces with no block of the rotary head, avoiding consequent machine damage and the ejection of the workpieces from the machine. Both the rotary table and the lathe are height-adjustable to achieve versatility in machined workpieces with various heights. 

The set-up of sanding belt is pneumatic and its possible extension is compensated automatically.
