Curling of profiles

The parts and profiles, that have to be curled into exactly-defined radius, are rolled between the rollers of the curling machine. The mutual position of rollers can be adjusted in order to achieve the desired shape and radius of the component.

DURMA PBH 80

The DURMA PBH 80 hydraulic roll bender for profiles is characterized by the high performance and reliability due to a welded steel frame free of internal tension. Small deformations in the construction ensure sufficient robustness even in demanding roll bending operations. Sufficiently strong bearings make big bending moments.

A separate mobile control panel with digital subtraction for bottom rolls position makes the machine operation easy. All 3 rolls have hydraulic-motor drive through the gearbox. It is a set of standard hardened and ground rolls made of special steel is suitable for various types of profiles.

Side supports and stops are structurally suitable for roll bending of profiles with angle. The machine is equipped with electrical and hydraulic overload protection.
