The quality control process begins far before the material enters the company. Precise selection of suppliers with their regular auditing allows our company to use only the products and services from reliable partners. That is one of the reasons why we are able to maintain high level of quality and productivity. 

All incoming materials are subjected to the incoming quality inspection. Each product passes the quality inspection during the process as well as after it is made in final inspection. This fact allows us to guarantee high-quality products that meet customers’ high demands. Each quality control during the production process is documented and there are made quality certificate and quality checklist of individual products. Such detailed and precise product documentation allows us to track it through the whole production process. 

Thanks to the modern quality management systems, the KOVAL Systems, a. s., passed the certification process successfully in 2002 and gained the certificate of quality management - ISO 9001:2000. Annual recertification process and the quality target fulfillment prove our will to improve quality of products and processes constantly.
