Quality of products and services and customers comfort are the priorities of KOVAL systems, a.s. Every day, quality of the products is inspected by independent quality management department.

Quality control process begins far before the material enters the company. Precise selection of suppliers and their regular auditing allows our company to use only products and services from reliable partners. That is one of the reasons why we are able to maintain high level of quality and productivity.

All incoming materials are subject to incoming quality inspection. Each product passes in-process quality inspection as well as final inspection what allow us to guarantee high quality of the product meeting high customer requirements. Each quality control during the production process is documented resulting in quality certificate and quality checklist of individual product. Such detailed and precise product monitoring allows its tracking through the whole production process.

Thanks to these modern quality management systems, KOVAL systems, a.s. successfully passed the certification process in 2002, Koval Systems company passed the certification process and obtained ISO 9001:2000 certificate - quality management. Annual recertification process together with fulfilling the quality targets represents our will to improve quality of products and processes continuously.
